Theatre & Entertainment
Incorporated in 1984, Theatre Collingwood is a professional producing company renowned for creating “quality productions of outstanding literature”. Guided by Artistic Director, Steven Thomas, the company explores 20th Century repertoire as well as premiering new Canadian plays.
The 2009 theatre season features three productions between June 15 – August 22 at the Gayety Theatre. Six weeks of educational theatre camp training for youth at Larkspur Farm are scheduled between July 6 and August 21. The year-round Box Office is located in a ‘Rail Car’ beside the Museum, 45 St. Paul St. at the corner of Pretty River Parkway.

Now beautifully restored and renovated, the Meaford Hall Arts & Cultural Centre doors are open in historic downtown Meaford. The Meaford Hall, also known as the Opera House, is a stone’s throw from Georgian Bay and adjacent to all amenities in an area well-known for its year-round attractions. As a four season venue, Meaford Hall plays host to a variety of events including live theatre, music and entertainment, business and corporate events and social gatherings.
