If you have never experienced a group or private session with Lisa, you are missing out! Lisa is one of the MVP's of Active Life. Most people don't realize that coach Sarah has suffered with a degenerative back condition since her early 20s. She struggled with numerous appointments and therapists for years before discovering Lisa and her Pilates methods. Over the past 12 years, Lisa has been able to provide Sarah with the necessary tools to avoid surgery and be able to participate in all her favorite activities like beach volleyball and mountain biking as well as how to manage herself in the event of a flare up.
Sarah knew when ALC was born that Lisa needed to be a part
