The Town of Collingwood is updating its Parks, Recreation and Culture (PRC) Master Plan and creating a Framework for Well-Being that will guide the future operations of the department and related services. The plan will address resident quality of life, support for healthy lifestyles, provision of green spaces, trails, community facilities and arts and culture.
On Wednesday, November 29th, the project team is hosting two working sessions to gather feedback from stakeholders such as you. Organizations that offer recreation and cultural programs/activities in Collingwood are invited to participate in this planning process by sharing their vision for a healthy, creative and active community.
For your convenience, two working sessions are being offered. Please select one of the two sessions offered on November 29th.
Community Room B/C 55 Ste. Marie Street, Collingwood
Session #1: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Session #2: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
To register for your selected session, please reply to this email with your preferred time (Session 1 or 2) and confirm the name(s) of those attending. To keep the session representative and the numbers manageable, we ask that you send no more than two persons per organization.
Prior to attending the working session, we invite you to complete a short questionnaire, which is attached to this email. Please bring your completed questionnaires to the working session. If you cannot attend the session, your feedback is still welcomed and can be emailed to the Project Team Leader, Pierre Chauvin. Should you wish to provide further information by telephone, please contact Pierre or Julie Welch (see contact information below).
