The chicks and duckings will be cared for at the farm house to start with and then Curries Farm Market located on Sixth Street (just across from Georgian Meadows) later this season.

Greemarc Farms located just south of Poplar Side Road on County Road 124 (Hurontario Street).  They’ve gone metric and call themselves the 160km market.  They offer a whole range of produce which changes as we get through the summer season and feature baking from Giffens, plus offer organic topsoil and mulch for your garden.  Learn more from their blog.

The Collingwood Farmer’s Market opens this weekend with over 30 vendors.  It’s a great place to pick up your groceries for the week and you’ll likely run into someone you know and sooth your social soul with some early morning chit chat over a nice warm coffee.

With the May long weekend being the official start to the summer season, the Blue Mountain Village has a huge array of free activities, including guided hikes, scavenger hunts, face painting, free concerts and much more. 

For the art enthusiasts it’s the Blue Mountain Tour of the Arts is running all weekend long, you can watch artists demonstrate their talents.
